Tea

We use natural stevia to sweeten all our teas!

We use sodium and potassium in our tea. Which are important in keeping a good fluid balance, as well as maintaining good muscular function, and vital for creating electrical signals in neurons in your body.

Electrolytes are important for keeping a good fluid and blood volume balance in your body. It’s well known that athletes all over the world make good use of electrolytes, which makes Local Hard Iced Tea ideal for a post workout/hike/competition alcoholic drink.

We use a black tea sourced from a farm in northern Vietnam, in which the local farmers are extremely well looked after and have a great relationship with our manufacturing facility.

Even though we are attempting to replenish as many electrolytes as possible that alcohol displaces, everyone is different. A lot of other factors can affect a hangover. Food, water, and sugar consumption, as well as fatigue levels and your ability to metabolise alcohol. So the simple answer is…. It depends.
